    A new poll suggests many of us feel Christmas is becoming a little too commercial.

    Christmas is increasingly less all about decorating the tree, visiting relatives, watching favorite Christmastime TV. Instead, one feels pressured to find the perfect gift and to live up to other people’s expectations… On this edition of Looking Forward the co-hosts Svetlana Ekimenko and Victor Erofeyev are joined by Dr Niall Campbell, consultant psychiatrist based at Priory's Roehampton Hospital in London, UK, to reminisce about when the thought behind the gift counted more.
