    Every year another miracle food is presented to the world as the solution to the food crisis that we are apparently living in. This year it is the meat that can be grown in a lab. From animal tissues and through incredible research this meat is soon to hit the shelves at very affordable prices. But is this the reality that we as a species have chosen to live in? Is it a construct of greater proportions or just pure logistics?
