MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The next ambassadorial-level Russia-NATO Council meeting is expected in November, a Russian Foreign Ministry source told RIA Novosti on Friday.
"Work is ongoing. We hope that the meeting will take place soon, in November," the source said.
