BRUSSELS (Sputnik) — Leaders of 28 EU member-countries are not expected to adopt any decisions following the discussion of the current state of EU-Russia relations at a working dinner in Brussels on October 20, a EU source said Tuesday.
"There will be no decisions on Russia, but there will be decisions on Syria," the source told reporters in Brussels.
Earlier reports indicated that the EU leaders may discuss possible sanctions against Moscow over Russia's actions in Syria during the summit on October 20-21.
