    Russia seeks good and constructive relations with everyone, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Monday commenting on the Philippines president’s wish to form an alliance with Moscow.

    MOSCOW (Sputnik) – On Sunday, Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte said he had received support from Russia and China after his criticism of the United States. Last month, Duterte said he was planning to visit these countries to form "open alliances" with them

    "Traditionally, the Russian Federation seeks good relations, mutually beneficial constructive relations, with Washington, Beijing, Manila, in all directions," Peskov told reporters.
