Armenian PM Announces Resignation

Armenia's Prime Minister has submitted his resignation in order to allow the president to form a new government.

YEREVAN (Sputnik) – Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan said Thursday he submitted his resignation to allow the president to form a new government.

"I decided to resign and give the president the opportunity to form a new government," Abrahamyan said at a cabinet session in Yerevan.
