The US president said that NATO wouldn't cooperate with Russia in a usual format until Russia fulfills its Minsk obligations.

WARSAW (Sputnik) — NATO will not cooperate with Moscow in a usual format until Russia fulfills its Minsk obligations on Ukrainian settlement, US President Barack Obama said Saturday at the NATO Summit in Warsaw.

"Our 28 nations are united in a view that there could be no business as usual with Russia until it fully implements its Minsk obligations," Obama stressed.
