BRUSSELS (Sputnik) — The United Kingdom prepares to vote on Thursday in a referendum on whether it should stay in or leave the European Union, raising concerns on instability that might be caused by the decision to leave the bloc.
"We stand ready to act by using all the instruments available within our mandate if necessary to achieve our objectives. In particular, the ECB is ready for all contingencies following the UK's EU referendum," Mario Draghi said addressing the European Parliament.
