    French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said that the European Union will discuss the possibility of new sanctions that colud be imposed on Iran after Tehran reportedly carried out a missile test in October, violating a UN Security Council resolution.

    PARIS (Sputnik) — The European Union will discuss this week whether it is necessary to introduce new sanctions against Iran after the Islamic Republic's latest ballistic missile test, French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said Monday, according to Reuters.

    Iran reportedly carried out a missile test in October, violating a UN Security Council resolution.
