    Russian Deputy Security Council Secretary said that attempts to hold dialogue with Russia from the position of force or expanding NATO’s potential and infrastructure to the Russian border are unacceptable.

    MOSCOW (Sputnik) Attempts to hold dialogue with Russia from the position of force or expanding NATO’s potential and infrastructure to the Russian border are unacceptable, Russian Deputy Security Council Secretary Evgeny Lukyanov said Monday.

    “We emphasize the unacceptability of attempts to hold bilateral dialogue from the position of force or by expanding the military potential of NATO and the alliance’s infrastructure toward the Russian borders,” Lukyanov said.
