15:36 GMT 29.12.2015 (Updated: 15:50 GMT 29.12.2015) Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, Russian President Vladimir Putin, French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel will hold a phone conference on the situation in Ukraine December 30, Poroshenko's press service said Tuesday.
KIEV (Sputnik) — Poroshenko and Merkel held a phone talk earlier on Tuesday, coordinating their positions ahead of Wednesday's conference in the so-called Normandy format, the press service said in a statement.
"The sides discussed the state of the implementation of the Minsk agreements, noting the need to fully fulfill them," the statement reads.
