Russia Expects Full Implementation of Minsk Peace Deals in Ukraine
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — "We do recognize the fact that along with some issues that bring certain optimism, we note a serious lack of progress in the overall implementation of the Minsk agreements," Peskov told reporters in Moscow.

"Our main hope is that this format [the Normandy Four] will allow us to ensure the implementation of the Minsk agreements, which, as President Putin said today, do not tolerate interpretations or double-meaning," Peskov stressed.
