Ten years ago, on October 23, 2002, terrorists belonging to a Chechen separatist movement stormed the Dubrovka Theater in Moscow and took 912 people hostage. A ceremony to commemorate the 130 victims of the theater siege was held on October 26, the day when most of the victims died.
