To Shave or Not to Shave: Taliban Outlaws Cutting Beards in Afghanistan's Barbershops

Earlier, local Taliban officials ordered all barbershops to close in Afghanistan's southern Helmand province. The terrorist group said the decision was based on the norms of Islam. In Helmand and the southeastern province of Kandahar, musical performances are also banned.
