UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura is giving the keynote speech at 2018 'Rome Med — Mediterranean Dialogues', where he will speak about the settlement of the Syrian crisis.
Syria Staffan de Mistura praised on Saturday the role of Russia and Turkey in preventing war in the northwestern Syrian province of Idlib.
"Now thanks to a very very smart arrangement… between particularly Turkey and Russia with the blessing of all of us, but frankly between them, Idlib is not the battle of the battles," de Mistura said at the Mediterranean Dialogues Forum in Rome.
