Russia’s advanced Su-34 strike fighters have held aerial refueling exercises at an altitude of some 4,000-6,000 meters along with the participation of an Il-78 aircraft.

The warplanes were cruising at a speed exceeding 700 km/h separated by just 20 meters from each other.

The Su-34 is one of Russia’s most cutting-edge military planes. Essentially designed for eliminating an enemy’s ground targets and vehicles, it has inherited the maneuverability and dogfighting capabilities of its predecessor, the Su-27, and can efficiently defend itself against adversary fighters.
