MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russian President Vladimir Putin placed a “clear accent” on the economic agenda in his address to the Federal Assembly, Russian ex-Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said Thursday.
“In general, a clear accent on the economy has been placed in the presidential address, the economic agenda comes to fore,” Kudrin posted in his Twitter account.
He also underlined the president’s statement that there would be no growth in Russia’s economy without carrying out structural reforms.
