Syrian Opposition Group Hopes Lausanne Meeting to Restart Syria Talks
MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The United States, Russia and several other regional countries will convene over the coming weekend in Lausanne, Switzerland for multilateral talks on the Syrian conflict.

"I would refrain from making forecasts on the issue. As you know, the situation is extremely difficult," Peskov told reporters.

According to the official, the Lausanne platform is "de facto the only platform for exchange of opinions and attempts to work out some common approaches."
