No electoral frauds were registered during parliamentary elections in Serbia, according to the member of the Russian Central Election Commission.

The Republic of Serbia is currently holding snap parliamentary elections to gauge support for its pro-European Union government after Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic signed a decree to dissolve the parliament on March 4.

"We have not found violations in terms of compliance and implementation of the Serbian electoral law. We have noted cases of photographing with a mobile phone in Novi Sad, it is prohibited by law, but it could not be called the so-called sin," Likhachev, who heads the Russian delegation monitoring the process of elections from April 22 to April 25, told RIA Novosti.

The Russian official also noted the increased activity of voters, as well as the transparency of the election process.

According to Serbia’s Republic Electoral Commission, one violation was recorded in the western Serbian city of Vranje.

In total, around 200 international observers are monitoring the parliamentary elections in the country.
