MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The activities of over 400 foreign intelligence agents and staff were foiled in 2015, including 23 who were held criminally liable for their actions, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Friday.
"During this time, the activities of over 400 staff and agents from foreign intelligence services were thwarted. Among them, 23 were held criminally liable," Putin said at a meeting with Russia's Federal Security Service.
