A 27-year old Moscow man faces extremism charges stemming from "anti-skinhead activities," the investigative committee in Vladimir Region said in a statement.
The man, an adherent of the anti-fascist group Antifa, is accused of presenting an "anti-skinhead propaganda video" in a Vladimir cafe in June arguing that members of a specific social group - skinheads - were "inferior citizens" and urging violence against them, the statement said.
The investigation into the incident continues.
