A young man in the Urals city of Barnaul has survived after falling from the ninth floor while walking on his hands on the edge of his balcony while drunk, a local police spokesman said on Thursday.
The 17-year-old, a student at the Altai State Academy of Culture and Arts, was hospitalized with multiple fractures. Doctors have described his condition as grave.
