NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen will attend a news conference hosted by the Russian News and Information Agency RIA Novosti on Wednesday.
The news conference, devoted to Russia-NATO cooperation, will be held at 13:00 Moscow time (09:00 GMT) and broadcast live by RIA Novosti.
Rasmussen is visiting the Russian capital ahead of the Russia-NATO Council summit on November 20 in Lisbon. Medvedev has said he will take part in the top-level talks for the first time since the August 2008 war between Russia and Georgia, which soured Russia's relations with the alliance.
Medvedev and Rasmussen will discuss the Euro missile-defense project and Russia's possible participation in it during the NATO chief's visit to Moscow.
