MOSCOW, May 4 (RIA Novosti) - A Moscow court has fined two youth movement activists 500 rubles ($19) each for obstructing an Estonian Embassy car and throwing a stone at the vehicle.

Russian youth movements have besieged the Estonian Embassy since last week following Estonia's actions to remove a Soviet WWII monument from central Tallinn. Police said 13 people have been detained for various offenses in front of the mission in central Moscow.

"The ruling states that one of the protestors obstructed a car that was leaving the Estonian Embassy, and the other threw a stone at the vehicle," a court spokesperson said.

Out of the seven administrative cases that the court has considered, five have been dismissed.
