NAZRAN, September 24 (RIA Novosti) - Fire was opened on policemen in the North Caucasus republic of Ingushetia when they tried to stop a suspicious Zhiguli car in the city of Malgobek, a local Interior Ministry spokesman said Sunday.
"During a detention attempt, fire from assault rifles was opened on policemen. They also opened fire," the source said.
