TEHRAN, January 31 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Kislyak will arrive in Tehran Wednesday to discuss the Iranian nuclear issue, the Russian Embassy in Iran said Tuesday. Kislyak will meet with Ali Larijani, the secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council, the embassy said. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said earlier that Russian and Chinese diplomats would visit Tehran soon to urge Iran to fulfill the demands of the UN's nuclear watchdog.

He also said the visit would focus on the agreements reached at a Monday meeting of the United States, China, Russia, and the EU trio of Britain, France and Germany in London.

According to Lavrov, the key agreement is that the UN Security Council will not yet make any decision on Iran, but will be kept informed about the issue after an upcoming session of the International Atomic Energy Agency's Board of Governors.
