* Lt. Gen. Khachim Shogenov, the Interior Minister of Kabardino-Balkaria, will speak on the results of a probe into the terrorist attack on the republic's capital Nalchik in October
* Police discovered a bag with ammunition in the Rostov region in Russia's south
* An aide to the North Caucasus United Group of Forces' military prosecutor said the criminal case against a Russian Interior Ministry serviceman who ran over a young woman in the Chechen capital Grozny while driving an armored personnel carrier had been submitted to a court in the republic
* A Federal Migration Service spokesman said 125 Chechen refugees, including 40 children, from Georgia's Pankisi Gorge had been transported to Grozny
* Kabardino-Balkarian police said a TNT block and grenades had been seized from a local resident
