KIEV, November 19 (RIA Novosti) - Ukraine's Supreme Court upheld the decision to drop all criminal charges against the country's ex-Prime Minister Yuliya Tymoshenko, members of her family and her team.
"It is perfectly clear that none of the charges were substantiated, but were politically motivated," she said Saturday.
The charges against Tymoshenko included breaches of currency and tax laws, defrauding the state of many millions of dollars as CEO of the Ukrainian Unified Energy Systems.
