KIEV, November 4 (RIA Novosti) - Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko has signed a decree to appoint Oleksandr Medvedko prosecutor general, the Web site of the country's leader said Friday.
Ukrainian parliament earlier approved the candidacy of former deputy prosecutor general Medvedko by 307 votes, with 226 required.
