TBILISI, October 22 (RIA Novosti) - Georgia's former Foreign Minister Salome Zurabishvili is going to form her own public-political movement, she said Saturday in the Georgian capital. The new movement will target forthcoming elections - "both local and parliamentary," Zurabishvili told journalists.
The former foreign minister stressed she was not planning to run for the presidency yet.
"I am not saying that I will seek the presidency. This is not my style. Yet it would be wrong to suggest that this will never happen," Zurabishvili said.
Salome Zurabishvili said the new political movement would be of rightist orientation.
Zurabishvili said she believed the country's foreign policy course would not change after her dismissal October 19 as foreign minister, Novosti-Georgia reported.
At the same time, the former minister stressed she did not think that any "third forces" were involved in her ouster.
