MOSCOW, August 15 (RIA Novosti) - Elections to the Chechen parliament are scheduled for late November, Chechen State Council Chairman Taus Dzhabrailov told a Moscow news conference Monday.
"The final date will be set in a decree from the Russian president," Dzhabrailov said.
The State Council is currently performing the functions of a parliament in Chechnya.
