BERLIN, April 26 (RIA Novosti's Taras Lariokhin) - A 30-second animation film produced by RIA Novosti as part of the campaign "No to war! No to disaster!" for the 60th anniversary of V-Day was launched today in Berlin's metro stations and carriages. This reel, based on the drawings of two children-a German girl and a Russian boy, is an appeal to prevent war.

On watching the film, a lady waiting for a train on the platform told a RIA Novosti correspondent: "Simple and clear. Children better than others see the beauty of this world and want no war."

The project is being carried out by two German companies: Infoscreen and Berliner Fenster, the former showing the video 100 times a day, from 6 a.m. to midnight, on eight screens installed on the platforms "Zoologischer Garten", "Leopoldplatz" and "Johannistaler Chausee".

The other company is responsible for the display of the RIA video on monitors of 1,106 carriages of all Berlin metro lines. It is repeated 40 times a day.
