BRUSSELS, April 21 (RIA Novosti's Alexander Shishlo) - In Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany a free Russian-speaking telephone hotline for contact with the Moscow-based Center for Help to Victims of Human Trade has opened, director for development of the public non-governmental organization Angel Coalition Marianna Solomatova said in the RIA Novosti interview.

To her, any woman, male, adolescent or child can at any time of day from any public or other telephone in Brussels or other Belgian city dial the Moscow number and contact Russian-speaking consultants free. They will help with a piece of advice where to seek for help and how to come home to Russia.

Especially for that, three kinds of small cards with the telephone numbers will be printed and distributed in the exit outlets of the Belgian, Dutch and German embassies, Solomatova said.

In addition, agreement has been reached that such cards will be distributed by the police detaining illegal migrants from Russia.

Street prostitutes will also get such cards.

According to the United Nations, most of the women engaged in sex industry in Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany are Russian-speakers.

In 2004 17 crimes related to human trade were disclosed in Russia, the expert said.
