TBILISI, May 3 (RIA Novosti) - Field engineers of the Adzharian security ministry cleared Monday afternoon the destroyed motor bridge across the Choloki river on Adzharia's administrative border. The Rustavi-2 TV company reports that field engineers confiscated four antitank mines and four TNT-stuffed explosive devices.
Wooden constructions to restore movement of pedestrians through the administrative border are being installed on the bridge across the Choloki river that was blown up yesterday, says the TV company.
The TV company's shooting crew managed to record the military base of Aslan Abashidze's supporters, situated nearby, where military hardware and armaments are concentrated.
By the TV company's data, there are tanks and anti-aircraft systems at the administrative border, a special observation point and a lot of armed people.
