CSTO WORRIED BY NATO EASTWARD EXPANSION

MOSCOW, April 5 (RIA Novosti) - The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) is worried by the NATO eastward expansion. "We are worried by the NATO expansion and are ready to discuss the issue at any level," Toktasyn Buzubayev, CSTO deputy secretary general, said at a press conference in RIA Novosti Monday.

According to him, CSTO experts will meet on April 27 to discuss acute issues, including the NATO eastward expansion. The issue will be also on the agenda of the May 16 meeting of security council secretaries of the CSTO countries (Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Armenia).
