GROZNY, April 5, 2004 (RIA Novosti) - In Chechnya, officers of an investigation unit have established the names of four militants who committed acts of terrorism against Russian Interior Ministry Troops servicemen in March and April 2003, the press center of the Interior Ministry in the North Caucasus told RIA Novosti on Monday.

According to a spokesman from the press center, during the investigation, irrefutable proof was collected that Achishvili, Muskhanov and the Chalayev brothers, members of illegal armed groups who are now in custody, committed several acts of terrorism against federal servicemen.

"According to the data of the investigation, the detained men participated in terrorist attacks in the Staropromyslovsky district of Grozny, the capital of Chechnya. At that time they blew up an armored personnel carrier with Interior Ministry Troops servicemen inside," the spokesman said.
