* UN Secretary General Kofi Annan will arrive in Russia on an official visit.
* British Foreign Office Minister Bill Rammell will arrive in Russia on a routine visit. He is to visit Moscow and Yekaterinburg. Mr. Rammell is to hold talks with Russian Deputy Foreign Ministers Vladimir Chizhov and Yuri Fedotov, State Duma deputies, businessmen and students. Bill Rammell is to leave Russia on April 7.
BARNAUL
* The second round of gubernatorial elections will be held in the Altai territory. Incumbent governor Alexander Surikov and popular comedian Mikhail Yevdokimov will participate in it.
CAIRO
* The Russian-Egyptian business council will hold a session as part of preparations for Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak's visit to Russia.
