MOSCOW, March 15 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin said the structure of power itself must be built in such a way as to prevent corruption.
Speaking to journalists in his election staff last night, he said a complex of measures to fight corruption must be adopted.
Asked whether he was afraid of criticism in regard to possible unpopular decisions, the president said humorously: "As I see it, criticizing Putin is kind of a national sport."
