MOSCOW, March 15 (RIA Novosti) - As of 6:00 a.m. Moscow time, incumbent Russian President Vladimir Putin received 68.6% of the votes at the presidential elections.
The Russian Federation Central Election Commission said 90.1% of the ballot papers have been processed.
Irina Khakamada is in second place: 8.1% of the electorate voted for her. Nikolai Kharitonov holds third place with 7.4% of the votes.
They are followed by Sergei Glazyev, 6.3%, Oleg Malyshkin, 1.3% and Sergei Mironov, 0.6%.
6.7% of the electorate voted against all.
