MOSCOW, March 10, 2004. (RIA Novosti) -- On Thursday the new Russian government will hold the first meeting to discuss the implementation of the President's order on the new structure of federal executive bodies, Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov told journalists.
According to him, yesterday he met with new ministers and they began this discussion.
