MOSCOW, March 9 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov will propose that the State Duma adopt amendments to the relevant law to make the Agency of Federal Property and the Russian Fund of Federal Property subordinate to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
He said this on Tuesday at a meeting of the president with government members. "I'm preparing relevant proposals to the State Duma and ask you to back them," he said speaking to the ministers.
