VIENNA, March 8 (RIA Novosti) - Iran may demand that the International Atomic Energy Agency terminate inspecting its nuclear facilities in case "the USA does not stop insinuations in regard to Tehran allegedly developing projects to create nuclear weapons," a source in the Iranian delegation said in Vienna on the sidelines of the IAEA Board of Governors session.

"Iran demands that the so-called 'Iranian dossier' be immediately closed and that Iran be treated as an equal partner in the IAEA," said the source.

The source referred to a statement by Iranian government representative Hasan Rowhani, who said that "the international community must accept Iran as a member of the world nuclear club." On its part, the U.S. "does not intend in any way to weaken pressure on Iran, as that country is secretly working on the creation of an A-bomb," said US Undersecretary of State John Bolton.

A session of the IAEA Board of Governors started in Vienna Monday. IAEA Director General Mohamed ElBaradei delivered a report on the state and prospects of Iran's nuclear programs. On the basis of his report, the IAEA Board of Governors members are to adopt a resolution on Iranian nuclear programs this week.
