UKRAINIAN PROSECUTOR GENERAL'S OFFICE WANTS TO QUESTION RYBKIN

KIEV, March 4 (RIA Novosti) - The Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office has invited Ivan Rybkin, a Russian presidential candidate, to give a statement.

On Thursday, the deputy head of the Ukrainian Security Service's Main Organized Crime and Corruption Department, Igor Grebennik said that he had delivered a subpoena for Mr. Rybkin to the Premier Palace hotel in Kiev.

According to Mr. Grebennik, the Prosecutor General's Office intends to take Mr. Rybkin's testimony regarding a case that was launched after Mr. Rybkin claimed that a month ago, he was forcibly held in an unconscious state in Kiev.

Last night, Mr. Rybkin and Kseniya Ponomaryova, the head of Mr. Rybkin's election staff, flew to Kiev.
