CHINA, RUSSIA, SOUTH KOREA OFFER ENERGY ASSISTANCE TO DPRK IN EXCHANGE FOR NUCLEAR PROGRAMS FREEZING

BEIJING, February 26 (RIA Novosti) - China, Russia and South Korea offer the DPRK energy assistance in exchange for nuclear programs' freezing, Russian deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Losyukov told journalists.

Mr. Losyukov heads the Russian delegation at the six-sided talks in Beijing on settling the crisis around North Korea's nuclear programs.
