TYUMEN, February, 26. (RIA Novosti). The head of the Russian energy company PAO EES, Anatoly Chubais believes that resignation of the government will not influence the national energy complex reform. He said, he does not expect any serious changes in this respect.

He added, however, that it is a bit too early to speak about it as the new government has not been formed so far.

Mr. Chubais underlined that till Tuesday, when President Putin dismissed Mikhail Kasyanov, "huge changes" took place in the Russian Energy Complex.

"The changes in our sector are really substantial especially in comparison with the two other monopolies: the Railways and the Gazprom," Mr. Chubais said.

"And we are appreciate for this, to Mr. Kasyanov in particular," Mr. Chubais added.

The government's resignation caused cancelling of the governmental commission on the Energy complex reform. Commission is headed by the acting Premier, Victor Khristenko.
