MOSCOW, February 26. (RIA Novosti). The dismissal of Mikhail Kasyanov, the former Prime Minister of Russia, had not influenced the work of the government, said Arkady Dvorkovich, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade after the government meeting. The meeting was presided over by Victor Khristenko, the acting Premier, for the first time.
"The government keeps on working in the regime, necessary for taking concrete decisions. The meeting is held in its normal constructive way with decisions being taken," Mr. Dvorkovich added.
