MOSCOW, February 25 (RIA Novosti correspondent Oleg Osipov) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived at the Government House in Krasnopresnenskaya embankment.
Yesterday Vladimir Putin dismissed Mikhail Kasyanov's cabinet and appointed Viktor Khristenko to the post of acting Prime Minister.
The head of state asked the cabinet members to exercise their functions until a new cabinet is appointed.
