GROZNY, February 25 (RIA Novosti) - Militants fired on a reconnaissance group of the Russian Interior Ministry in Grozny, Chechnya's capital, a source in the Chechen Interior Ministry told RIA Novosti.
"On Tuesday morning unidentified persons fired on a Russian reconnaissance group from automatic weapons near the mosque in Bagrationa Street in Grozny's Oktyabrsky district," the source said.
One contract serviceman was wounded. No information was given on the militants' losses.
