MOSCOW, February 24 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian law academy under the justice ministry is involved in cooperation programs with the Council of Europe for 2004-2005, Russian Justice Minister Yuri Chaika told journalists after talks with Guy de Vel, Director General on Legal Affairs of the Council of Europe.
In his turn, de Vel told journalists that cooperation programs imply joint training of specialists of different professions, including policemen and bailiffs.
There will be no success without well-trained staff, even if legislation is perfect de Vel believes.
