MOSCOW, February 19, 2004. (RIA Novosti correspondent Alevtina Shchepetina). Russia has a real chance to join the World Trade Organization in 2004, Russian President's economic advisor Anrdei Illarionov told RIA Novosti on Thursday.
According to him, everything is done for this purpose.
However, Illarionov refused to disclose details of the negotiations saying that real progress has been achieved in this process.
